ADITUS en un mockup de interior
The composition of "ADITUS" is structured by strong horizontal divisions that segment the pictorial space. Large fields of dark blue, brown, and black organize these planes, creating a contained atmosphere. Small geometric blocks in vibrant crimson red and yellow, alongside a white element with descending drips, act as visual markers. A tiny ladder ascends towards a subtle opening in the lower section. The surface, crafted with acrylic and oil on canvas, reveals layers, glazes, and scraping. Fine incisions cut across the color fields, imparting a tactile density. These elements and marks construct a territory evoking sedimentation and the threshold, a central concept of the LIMINA series. The artwork invites an introspective observation of matter and limits.
